Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, along with prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. You should have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential, as you'll be interacting with candidates and hiring managers on a daily basis.
